# Adding Tips

You can use this feature to add tips, collect donations, or add any other custom non-mandatory fee to the order form. 

### Setting up Fees

To set up fees, go to the `Checkout Tab` -> `Shipping, fees, tips & payment`.

Scroll down to the **Tips** section and click on the **+ Add new tip**:

Then fill out the form and set up the tip amount:

If selected, the tips will be automatically included in the order total during checkout.

### Customize the title

You can use this feature not only to collect tips but also to allow your customers to support you or a charity fund. 

All you need to do is to change the name of the section:

And create the appropriate labels.

### Include Tips in the WhatsApp message/email notification or email receipt

To include the amount of tips in the WhatsApp message or email notification that you receive after the order has been placed, you need to add `{{tipItemText}}` replacement tag to the message/email template:

And if you want to pass the Tips value via webhook, you can use `{{tipText}}` tag.
