# How to set up Sorting

Define which order the items on the website are displayed in and allow your visitors to change this order by enabling sorting function on your website.

### How to enable sorting

1. Go to the `Content` Tab and turn on the **Enable sorting** toggle:

2. Select the columns to sort by. For example, you can use the **Price** or **Ratings** column:

3. Select which order you want to display your items in by default. 

  • To display items in the same order they appear in the sheet, select **Default order**:

   • To display items in reverse order (from the bottom of the sheet to the top), turn on the **Reverse default order** toggle:

   • If you want to display items in random order each time the website is loaded, turn on the **Shuffle items by default** toggle:

4. Save the changes.

### Customize the look of sorting

You can display the sorting options in the sidebar and fix them on scroll by turning on one of the corresponding toggles:
