# Setting up Drift

Add a Drift chat widget to your website in a few simple steps:

1. In your SpreadSimple Dashboard, open `Add-ons` Tab and select **Drift**. 
Then toggle on **Enable**.

2. Paste your Drift ID and click Save.

3. Publish your website and your chat widget is ready!


###### How to find your Drift ID:

1. Log In to your Drift account and go to `App settings`.

2. Select `Drift Widget`.

3. In the Drift Widget menu, expand **Install** options and choose **Javascript**.

4. Your Drift ID is in that code, in brackets next to `drift.load`. Highlight and copy the text in quotations between those brackets.
