Setting up Drift

Add a Drift chat widget to your website in a few simple steps:


  1. In your SpreadSimple Dashboard, open Add-ons Tab and select Drift.

Then toggle on Enable.


  1. Paste your Drift ID and click Save.



  1. Publish your website and your chat widget is ready!



How to find your Drift ID:


  1. Log In to your Drift account and go to App settings.


  1. Select Drift Widget.



  1. In the Drift Widget menu, expand Install options and choose Javascript.


  1. Your Drift ID is in that code, in brackets next to drift.load. Highlight and copy the text in quotations between those brackets.
