Setting up SureTriggers automation
SureTriggers is an automation platform that allows users to create workflows based on triggers and actions. In this help article we are going to explain how to connect a SpreadSimple website and SureTriggers to send order data to various 3rd party services after an order was placed.
Login to your SureTriggers account
Go to Workflows menu and click the Create workflow button:
After naming your workflow, click the Add Trigger button and select SpreadSimple from the list of available applications:
And click Continue.
Copy the webhook URL:
Open your SpreadSimple website in the editor and paste the webhook URL into the dedicated field in the Checkout Tab -> Webhooks menu:
Save the changes and make a new order to test the webhook.
Back in the SureTriggers dashboard, proceed to the Test section. There you will see the order data sent after the checkout:
Click Save to create a new trigger in your workflow.
Now you have successfully set up the trigger event in your workflow. Now you can add a new tool to your automation workflow and pass the order data to that service. For example, you can create a new row in a dedicated Google Sheet after a new order is received:
