How to Limit Items in Cart
In this help article, we will show you how to limit the number of items that can be purchased at a time. And how to limit the quantity of items in the cart.
Go to the Checkout Tab -> Cart settings:
Scroll down the cart settings menu and enable the Limit max amount of items in cart to 1:
Now your customers will be able to add only one product to their cart during the purchase process. And when they try to add another item, they will see a warning message:
You can also disallow adding more than one unit of every item to the cart and change the item quantity in the cart.
To enable this restriction, go to the Checkout Tab -> Cart settings:

The customer won’t be able to change the quantity of the item in the cart:
And if they try to increase the quantity by clicking on the Buy button, they will see the warning message:
